How to Get Started at ESCCRegistration for new students for Spring semester begins November 17.It is an easy four-step process to start taking classes at Eastern Shore Community College. - You need to complete an application for admission to the college.
- If you are planning to attend as a student working toward one of our 26 certificates or degrees, you may need to take the placement test. Contact Jody Baggett by email at jbaggett@es.vccs.edu to schedule a placement test. If you are interested in taking a course or two for personal interest or to increase job skills, you can apply for admission and take any courses, other than English or Mathematics, without taking the placement test.
- Financial aid is available for qualifying students enrolling in most plans of study. Assistance is available for the completion of the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) form by contacting Shelly Mize at 757.787.1727 to schedule an appointment.
- Register for classes.
